Just use some mousse on damp hair. Twisting small sections of hair using just your fingers help them get more definition. Then diffuse it. If you want the style to last longer, finish with a hair spray. Done.

I use hair spray while my hair is wet just before I run a brush through it, braid it in several areas then Go to bed. When I wake up I take the braids out, sometimes I will spray my hair with hairspray again before I take them out. But the end result is wavey hair.

Dont run a brush through it after waking up, either, because that will just cause your hair to get frizzy again.

I think you would look gorgeous if you pull your hair back in a pony tail, but brush the part of hair on your head so its straight. Another thing you could do is straighten your hair. A good product to use is SUNSILK STRAIGHTEN UP, u should get the shampoo and condtionanor, it works really good to make your hair less wavy.
