You'll need to run a light holding product through it while it's still wet (around the time you brush it).

If you're doing any styling, I like to use just a small amount of light working spray. This is applied lightly allover to sections as you go. Skip this if you're going natural.

Once it's dry and you're completely finished with any styling/arranging, you'll need to use a finishing spray. The best finishing sprays come in aerosol cans--not spray bottles--because the spray comes out in a light, even mist. Personally, I love "Spray and Play" by Big Sexy Hair. (If you ever want to use it on straight hair, just spray on your brush and run through hair).

Experiment before the big day. Hold the can about 1.5 - 2 feet from your head to avoid concentrating a lot of spray in one area.
