What should I do it after I wash it? Straightening it is out of the question. I dont want to perm it or anything like that. I just wanna know what should i do to it so that it grows, looks, and feels healthy.

After washing it you can put some mousse or something in it so you can end up with nice soft curls. Putting it up, and making that bump in the front out of your bangs would look really pretty. Or you can get it razored and thinned out so it will be easier to manage.
Also, if it is really long you can put it in a low, side pony-tail so that your hair will just be there at your side, and pretty much out of your way like this:

Use hair serum. When on the palm of your hand, it'll look oily- but it's not. It'll make your hair soft and silky and gives it a beautiful shine. Don't use the spray kind. believe it or not, it won't give you the same results. GLK

i got it to girl....and all you can do is use good shamp/cond. and brush it often......i don't iron mine but every once in a while but i do blowdry straight...it's a lot healthier...i also scrunsh it into spirals whiles still wet with some gell and blow dry it....it turns out georgous and full......most girls want hair as thick as yours so use it to your advantage
